Meditation Half-Day Workshop: Breaking Bad Habits
Saturday, March 21, 2015 @ 10am – 1pm
Our bad habits are sources of suffering that often cause us to harm our self and others. We can feel helpless to change, but Buddha teaches that bad habits are temporary distortions in our thinking. By putting these teachings into practice, we can gain the power to overcome our bad habits, giving us freedom to think and act in more useful ways.
