Each and every one of us has the capacity to experience an endless supply of mental peace and happiness. Unfortunately, we have long-standing bad habits of thinking that result in feeling unhappy and stressed much of the time. In this talk Gen-la Khyenrab will explain how to gain power to free our self from these negative emotions and instead, tap into our natural capacity for happiness and joy.

Join internationally renowned teacher and retired General Spiritual Director of the NKT-IKBU, Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab, at Kadampa Meditation Center Maryland for an extraordinary public talk

We are very happy to be welcoming Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab to Baltimore. As the retired General Spiritual Director of NKT-IKBU, the National Spiritual Director of Canada, and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Canada, Toronto, he has a wealth of experience that naturally inspires practitioners to heart-felt experiences of Dharma. His powerful teachings and pure example reflect 35 years of reliance on his spiritual guide, study and meditation practice, and experience of unifying Kadam Dharma with his busy daily life.

$15 per person ($10 for students, seniors 60+, and unemployed).  Free for members at student or benefactor level.

Online registration has now closed, but walk-ins are welcome.   Space in the main meditation room is limited so some of those who walk-in may need to sit in the family videolink area.
