Depression is a common and often debilitating experience. This course teaches us how to lessen the sense of helplessness and hopelessness that accompanies depression. Buddha taught very gentle yet effective methods for working with the mind so that we make psychological and spiritual progress towards keeping our mind balanced and happy. With a stable, peaceful mind we can more effectively help others who are suffering. Come learn how to reduce mental pain, so that we can find true happiness and peace. This class is ideal for those suffering from depression as well as their family and friends.
