Mindfulness in Daily Life: Temple Day Retreat – Oct 1, 2016

All of Buddha’s teachings, or Dharma, help us stay in touch with the present. In the fast pace of our work and personal lives our attention is easily scattered and our mind cluttered with endless distractions. Training in mindfulness gives us the power to overcome disturbing thoughts and to stay focused on what brings peace of mind and happiness. It is about the present moment, being in touch with it, not forgetting it, enjoying it. Relax between sessions in the comfortable setting of the World Peace Temple, Cafe, and Gardens.  Come for a half-day, a full day (lunch included), or the entire event.
