Do you dread going to work or to certain family occasions because you will have to interact with someone who you feel always “pushes your buttons”? If so, then this is the retreat for you!
It might be the person who is always criticizing you or comparing you unfavorably to others. Or perhaps it’s the person who always creates a scene or the one who is bad-mouthing you to others. In this retreat, we will explore numerous ways to develop inner protection, with new ways of dealing with the difficult people in our lives. With this mental strength, we might even find ourselves feeling closer to others and enjoying their company! With Guest Teacher, Gen Kelsang Norbu
