The profound meditations on taking and giving explained and practiced in this retreat can bring about healing within our body and mind, and eventually give us the power to take away the suffering of others while bestowing physical and mental peace.
As we expand our capacity for love and compassion, we naturally bring positive, healing energy into our daily life. With Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Chogden.
