Annual Retreat in West Virginia: This year’s topic is Clear Sky Mind
During this weekend meditation retreat, you will be guided in meditations on the nature of your own mind. These sublime meditations are effective methods for improving concentration and counteracting negative mental habits. By training in these meditations, your mind will become progressively more subtle and peaceful causing you to experience a profound inner stillness and tranquility. In between sessions you can enjoy peaceful walks in the beautiful woods of West Virginia, sitting on the porch overlooking the grounds, and an evening bonfire with s’mores. This retreat is suitable for everyone.
