Feeling a bit blasé or down? Depressed? Has your sense of enthusiasm faded as you face the constant problems of daily life? This can be remedied by meditating on joy!
We have a choice about how we view our experiences. When we stop and think deeply in meditation, we can find so many ways to increase our joy, which freshens our outlook on life and gives us more strength to face the day.
SCHEDULE: 10am – 10:50am; 11:10am – 12pm; 12:15 – 1pm
COST: $25 ($20 for students, seniors 60+, and the unemployed)
