How to Engage in Daily Practice or Retreat, Saturday, April 11th, 11am-12:30pm

The hallmark of Kadampa Buddhism is to learn how to transform adverse conditions into the spiritual path. The confinement we are all experiencing due to Covid 19 can either be a source of suffering, where we feel trapped, irritable and bored, or we can use

this time to establish a daily meditation practice, and perhaps even experience some retreat which will give our mind protection from suffering. When we learn to control our mind, keeping it peaceful and happy in the midst of difficulties, we can be an example for those we are living or working with, helping them to be more at peace as well.
