Classes At The Temple

Our classes are designed for beginners and experienced meditators so that everyone, regardless of experience, can gain deeper insight into how to solve our daily problems and find lasting inner peace. Our wish is that everyone can find something that appeals to them – whether it is a simple breathing meditation class before or after work, to an in-depth class that explain Buddhist advice and how to integrate it into our daily lives to a fun and lively social experience. Walk-ins are welcome and you do not need to register in advance.
