These meditation classes are held at the KMC Maryland Annapolis branch in West Annapolis. The space is the first dedicated Kadampa meditation space in Annapolis and is a very friendly and warm environment. It is handicap accessible and has plenty of parking. Inside there is a bookstore, a lovely Buddha statue, and always tea or other refreshments.

Everything we have in our daily life has appeared from the power of imagination and everything that we can accomplish in our mind begins with imagination. We can quickly attain liberation from all suffering and perfect our human qualities, if we so wish, using the power of our imagination to make beneficial changes within our mind. Join us to learn more about how to do this.
This Branch is closed from Wednesday, July 19 until Monday, August 7 during the International Kadampa Summer Festival. There will be no morning classes on Tuesday, July18, but the evening class will be held.

Everybody needs to be good-natured with a good heart, because in this way we can solve our own problems as well as those of others, and we can make our human life meaningful. Every living being had the same basic wish–to be happy and avoid suffering. This series will explore ways to to fulfill our basic wish to maintain a happy mind all the time.
