Healing Our Body and Our Mind The weeks of May 1 through May 22
As we learn to reduce the turmoil in our mind, we also are increasing our body’s ability to heal itself. The more upset we are, the more pain we experience, and the harder it is to recover from injuries and illness. In these classes we will look at some effective ways to heal both our body and our mind, at the same time increasing our ability to love and have compassion for others.
