Creating A Strong Mind The weeks of May 29 through June 27
We will learn various methods that Buddha taught, which, if we take them to heart and put these teachings into practice in our daily life, will result in our mind gradually becoming stronger and more peaceful. We will gain the ability to handle the various problems and sufferings that appear in our lives without feeling upset or angry.
The Power of Imagination The weeks of July 3 through July 17
Everything we have in our daily life has appeared from the power of imagination and everything that we can accomplish in our mind begins with imagination. We can quickly attain liberation from all suffering and perfect our human qualities, if we so wish, using the power of our imagination to make beneficial changes within our mind. Join us to learn more about how to do this.
Everyone is welcome!
There will be no class on Tuesday, July 4
Time: Tuesdays 7:30pm – 8:45pm
