Victory over Negative Self Image – The weeks of June 11 through July 24

So often we are our own worst critic, and this also causes us to judge others in a harsh way.  When we focus on finding faults in ourself and others we are creating and fostering unpleasant feelings in our mind, and thus we feel annoyed, depressed, anxious and irritated with the world, and create a self image of being a failure.  Buddha explains how we can stop these bad habits, and substitute ways of thinking that encourage ourself and see the good in our self and others.  This results in our becoming more competent and brings harmony into our relationships.
