Mindfulness in Daily Life: Annapolis Half-day Retreat – April 1, 2017

In the fast pace of our work and personal lives, our attention is easily scattered and our mind cluttered with endless distractions. Training in mindfulness gives us the power to overcome disturbing thoughts and to stay focused on what brings peace of mind and happiness. It is about the present moment, being in touch with it, not forgetting it, and enjoying it. All of Buddha’s teachings, or Dharma, help us stay in touch with the present.


10am – 11:15am; 11:45am – 1pm


$25 or $20 for students, seniors 60+, or unemployed.
