In this retreat we will look within our heart to uncover our pure potential for lasting peace and happiness. As we observe our mind, we have the opportunity to see how our thoughts create our experiences and attitudes about our world. Using the tool of meditation we can reduce negative thinking and learn to think in ways that result in inner peace and joy. As we create more positive energy within our mind, we will discover that our experiences and perception of the world become more pleasant and meaningful. This is a wonderful way to begin the New Year!
Come to either the morning or the afternoon, or to all the retreat. Each session will include a teaching and guided meditation.
Please Note: participants will observe silence until 12:30 pm to allow the mind to settle and focus in a more effective way.
