Redefining Success: Staying Kind in a Competitive World; Sat., Nov 18, 10AM – 1PM

Success can be defined in many ways, depending on what we and others feel is meaningful and important to accomplish in this life.We may be striving to accomplish career goals, accumulate wealth, or achieve some measure of status or reputation. Is this our own choice or are we feeling pressured to conform to our family’s or society’s definition of success? Can we get ahead in a competitive world without harming others or doing things that might not feel right? In this retreat, we will explore these questions and explore our deepest wishes and most meaningful goals. We can learn how to gradually fulfill these wishes without harming others so that we come to feel genuinely successful in our life.

Cost: $25 ($20 for students, seniors 60+, and the unemployed)
