Seeing the Good Workshop
Sat. May 21, 2015 @ 10am – 1pm in Baltimore
With Sharon Praissman Sharon has been studying on the Foundation Program for many years and shows a wonderful example of combining Buddha’s teachings with her daily life as a wife, mother, and at work. Her teachings are practical and heartfelt.
As we go about our daily life we often experience annoyance as we selectively focus on faults we find in people and situations. This habit of “seeing the bad” keeps us distressed and irritated, making it harder for us to feel close to others and to accomplish our daily tasks. We can learn to stop seeing the bad and instead focus on seeing the good, which results in a sense of mental peace and happiness that we can share with others. Everyone is welcome!
