WATCH DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO SATURDAY JULY 25th
Life is too short and relationships are too precious to hold on to resentments where we blame others for feeling harmed when something went wrong. Blaming oneself for past mistakes over and over again results in intense guilt and shame that robs us of the opportunity to be happy in the present.
Learning the art of forgiveness frees us from all these painful emotions and allows us to rework our relationship with ourselves and others.
Four one-hour sessions available to watch at your convenience
Cost: $45– or $35 for students, seniors 60+, and unemployed.
Free for members at Student-Level and Benefactor-Level
