When Buddha was requested to teach living beings after he attained enlightenment, he arose from that meditative equipoise and taught a complete path to enlightenment in his first teaching, which became known as The Four Noble Truths. Join us to learn the meaning of these precious teachings so that you can apply them in your daily life.

You should know suffering. / You should abandon origins. / You should attain cessations. / You should practice paths.

 

 

Schedule:

Session 1: 10 – 11am | Session 2: 11:45 – 12:45pm

Lunch 12:45 – 2pm

Session 3: 2 – 3pm | Session 4: 3:45 – 5pm includes Q & A)

 

Full Day Cost: $40/$35 for students, seniors 60 plus, and unemployed.- Includes Lunch

Half Day Cost: $25/$20- Doesn’t include Lunch, but you can purchase lunch in our World Peace Café.
