“Transforming Pain into Power” on-line Meditation Retreat with guest teacher Gen Kelsang Menla, Saturday, January 30 and 31

What is our response to trauma, pain, and the suffering we see Inside of us and around us? Discouragement, fear, grief, anger? When we find ourselves feeling helpless or overwhelmed is there anything that we can do?

In this weekend retreat Gen Menla will explain and guide meditations on the astonishing and healing practice known  as “transforming adverse conditions into the path”.  This is the practice we all need right now.

Through this training, rather than feeling discouraged or upset by problems and pains we discover a capacity to turn that negativity around and use it to empower our mind for positive change. The result is that instead of feeling stuck and helpless, we gain an inner ability to transform difficulties, both inner and outer, into powerful, positive states of mind, such as love, compassion, wisdom and faith. This positive power enables us to grow spiritually and create a deeply positive effect on those around us and even our world. We can find power in pain. Join us to learn how.

This event will be recorded, so you can watch at your convenience, but the third session on Saturday is a LIVE Q&A with Gen Menla!
