Breaking Bad Habits Meditation Retreat April 18th, 10am-5pm

Available via Livestream only

Our bad habits are sources of suffering that often cause us to harm ourselves and others. So often we feel that we are helpless to change, but Buddha teaches that bad habits are temporary distortions in our thinking. By putting these teachings into practice,

we can gain the power to overcome our bad habits, giving us freedom to think and act in more useful ways.

YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER NO LATER THAN 1 HOUR BEFORE THE CLASS.
AN INVITATION WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU From EPC@mediationMD.org or Director@meditationMD.org AT THAT TIME.
