Busy Holidays, Peaceful Mind
Sat. December 6, 2014 @ 10am – 1pm
We look forward to the holiday season as a time when we can reunite with our loved ones. But these reunions can also precipitate stress tension, uncertainty & arguments. In this workshop we will learn how to keep our mind peaceful, even though we are busy, with the practice of patient acceptance.
The holiday season can be stressful! Between spending money and shopping for our family and friends, going to parties, cooking for dozens of people, wrapping said presents, visiting and tolerating family as well as trying to balance everyone else’s needs – mental health and meditation gets pumped to the end of our to-do list. For many, the Thanksgiving and winter holiday season means exhaustion and even the lack of energy to really enjoy the festivities. This year , ease into the holidays and New Year with clarity, peace of mind, and a good heart.
Cost: $25 / $20 for early registration by December 3rd, students, seniors, unemployed.
This workshop will be offered both in Baltimore at KMC Maryland Temple for World Peace AND in Annapolis at KMC Maryland Annapolis Branch!
