Most people spend their energy and attention, just trying to get through the day. Day after day. Year after year. And we wonder why we can’t stay happy; why we’re so upset all the time, feeling worried, on edge, irritated, discouraged. Why we feel competitive and different from others, as if people are annoying and in our way. Buddha taught that life is meant to be so much more than this.
Modern Buddhism gives us the power to make real, lasting changes in our mind by specifically meditating on special thoughts and ideas that bring power,peace and joy to our mind. It’s much more than just relaxing or blanking your mind. It’s about permanently changing your mind from negative, suffering states to positive, peaceful states. It’s a scientific method. It takes consistent effort, but with that effort, as your mind changes, your world will change.
