Everybody needs joy in their life, especially right now. In this evening class Kadam Morten will explain how through a simple meditation we can access a profound and authentic joy in our heart. He will show how we can carry this joy in our daily life, giving us an optimistic, flexible mind with which to transform the difficulties we encounter regularly. Not only does this empower us to live joyfully, but also purposefully, as this joy connects us to our extraordinary spiritual potential as well as our ability to bring joy into the lives of others.
The Mid-Atlantic Dharma Celebration is a very special annual event that connects practitioners around the Mid-Atlantic region. This incredible weekend of practical teachings, powerful meditations, and energizing empowerment is an event not to be missed. World Peace Cafes are grassroots developments initiated by Kadampa Buddhist communities around the world. All the cafes are bound by the same purpose- to help increase peace in the world. All profits are given to the International Temples Project, a Kadampa Buddhist project dedicated to world peace. That’s why we’re called the ‘World Peace Café!’
