Saturday Retreat: Embracing Change

  • Kadampa Meditation Center Maryland (map)

Although change is happening all the time, we often long for things to stay the same!  However, when we embrace change our mind becomes less anxious and we feel more peaceful and content in our busy daily lives.

Wholeheartedly accepting the small changes that we experience everyday gives us the flexibility and strength of mind to remain happy and adjust skillfully to new circumstances when big changes occur.

By sharing our peace of mind with those around us, we can help our family and friends to feel more comfortable and peaceful in the midst of life’s changes such as moving, separation, losing a job, illness, aging and even death.

To Register: at this point, please register at the door!
